Aubrey Sanders

Urban Development & Geospatial Intelligence


Aubrey Sanders is an urban development expert working at the global intersection of real estate, GIS, and deliberative urban design. He holds a Master of Urban Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Auburn University.

As the founder of ASDesign, Aubrey has expanded his practice across 9 countries, advising municipalities, affordable housing developers, and national ministries.

A trained public disputes mediator specializing in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), he advocates for smart-growth design that prevents housing displacement and strengthens social infrastructure.

Aubrey also shares his passion for solving complex urban challenges as a visiting lecturer at Auburn University and BRAC University, where he leads dynamic, case-study-driven student workshops.
